- Once marked as delivered by your local postal service, Calmiaro is not liable for lost or stolen items. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update your address or cancel your order, please email us at support@calmiaro.com within 1 hour of placing the order, and include your order number.
After this window, we may have already begun processing and may be unable to make changes.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- All applicable customs duties, import fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- These charges must be paid by you in order for your package to clear customs.
- If a package is refused and returned to us, we will issue a refund minus the original shipping cost once the item is received back at our facility.
Seasonal Delays
During peak seasons and holidays, shipping times may be extended due to high courier volume.
