Order & Shipping
Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send tracking updates via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Tracking & Order Updates
- Tracking numbers are provided within 1–3 business days after your order is dispatched.
- You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is on the way.
- You can also check your order status anytime via our Track My Order page.
- Shipping times may vary depending on product availability, customs processing, and local courier conditions.
Important Shipping Notes
- Please double-check your shipping details before placing your order.
- Calmiaro is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted at checkout.
- Once marked as delivered by your local postal service, Calmiaro is not liable for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure your delivery location is secure.
Order Changes & Cancellations
If you need to update your address or cancel your order, please email us at support@calmiaro.com within 1 hour of placing the order, and include your order number.
After this window, we may have already begun processing and may not be able to make changes.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Any applicable customs duties, import fees, and local taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
- These charges, if applicable, must be paid in order for your package to clear customs.
- If a package is refused and returned, your refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost, once the item is received back at our facility.
Seasonal Delays
During peak seasons or holidays, delivery may take longer due to regional courier limitations.
We appreciate your patience and understanding.
Return Policy
To request a return, please email support@calmiaro.com within 30 days of your delivery date.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Returned items must be in new, unused condition.
- Items not meeting these criteria may incur a $5 restocking fee.
- Returns are subject to inspection.
- If your order qualified for free shipping, the actual shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
Once we receive your return, we will issue a refund or store credit based on your request.
Final Sale Items
Items marked as “Final Sale” are deeply discounted and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded.
Please ensure sizing and details are correct before purchasing.
Defective or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order promptly upon receipt.

- If your order is missing items or includes incorrect products, reach out to us as soon as possible — we’ll make it right.
